If you participate in the Duluth Energy Efficiency Program, your energy specialist will make sure you receive all financial assistance that you qualify for including rebates, grants, loans, and tax credits.

Minnesota Power

Duluth’s electric utility offers a wide variety of financial and educational tools to homeowners through their Power of One conservation program, including rebates for a home energy audit, LED lighting, heating and cooling installation, appliances, and much more!

ComfortSystems

Duluth’s municipal gas and water utility also provides a rebate for home energy audits, and administers a Home Energy Loan Program designed to provide financing to qualified applicants for home energy saving projects that have a 10-year payback or better.

Housing Resource Connection

Duluth’s housing one-stop shop brings together five housing agencies to offer information and assistance on how to make your home, or rental, a better place to live. This includes financial counseling for resources that address home weatherization and energy efficiency projects.
